Vintage STACKED BRASS HANDKED vanity tray Regency Era 18x11 Filigree MUST SEE. I cannot find another you have an 18 x 11 oval tray with metal surround gold colored highly ornate with brass applied extended handles with a second layer tray which is circular attached to the oval, creating the piece here for consideration on the back you have a faded, red or maroon velvet no breaks in the brass or the gold surround glasses in perfect condition. My favorite part I believe is the ornate suns and stars etching on the exterior lowest portion of the TranSouth.
