Vintage Rare Used Opened Box West Virginia Coal Express Model Train Set Rare Set. The engine has been fully tested and runs great forward and reverse with a little hesitation probably as it had not been run in a long time.

The set is odd as the engine and caboose are Model Power and the hoppers are Atlas. My thought is the did not want to do a special run and used what was available. This was a promotional item for the West Virginia Development Authority.
