This is a unique and one-of-a -kind Dr Pepper sign which, I believe, to be from the 1940's. It is attached to the lower portion of what was a porch post from Bumie's General Store which was in East Berlin, Pa.
It looks like Berlin, PA on the picture but the E. It was salvaged from the building when it was torn down-I got it in the late 1970's and I presume the building was taken down about that time. The post and the sign are both in great shape. The post is 19" tall with a diameter of 11"' The sign measures about 11" x 13". This is a very unusual piece of vintage general store advertising and would be a great addition to your collection.
