I do not know what this represents. Here is what I Can tell You. The main body seems to be made of a naturally Dark Wood (possibly Ebony) The base looks to have been stained or has just darkened with age. These two pieces are held together by the leather Collar around the neck.

It has holes where maybe ears were? These is also a hole along the back of it. I have no idea what this is or what it was for. It looks to be quite old to me.
