Stanley # 5 1/4 Plane Smooth Bottom Good Condition Must See

This plane retains almost all the original japanning. The bottom of the plane i don't see any pitting There is a few small minor dings on the side of the bottom. The lateral adjuster works nice and smooth.

The chip breaker does say stanley on it. The only problem with this plane is that the rear handle has a very small crack in the handle which doesn't go all the way through and the handle is solid still. And a small chip on the horn. Also the screw adjuster for the frog looks shiny not sure if its new or old maybey somebody just cleaned it up.

I don't see any new welding to the frog. This is a very nice condition tool for a beginner user or collector. U should be able to see everything the pictures if not please ask. Or i can send more pictures if need to be.

Make me an offer i can't refuse. Packaging has sky rocketed but i will cover the cost for now.
