Kenneth Klofkorn, born 8/31/1919 He was born and raised in New York by his parents Cecil and Rose Klofkorn. Naval Academy and graduated in the class of 1943. After WWII he was sent to Harvard University where he earned his MBA. He spent over 26 years in the Navy and rose to the rank of Captain in the Supply Corps. During his career he traveled to assignments throughout the world notably in Japan and South America. His second career was as the Executive Director of the Oxnard Harbor District and his final career was serving as Executive Vice President of Western State University College of Law in Fullerton.
