ORIGINAL comic art! Rex Allen and the Killer With Two Faces! Must see beauty

For your consideration we present this original comic art panel! Titled Rex Allen and the Killer With Two Faces this is an extraordinary work!

There is, however, a catch, and a unique one. Despite the high quality of the art I have been unable to identify the comic book that this story came from. According to all of the research I have done (many hours) there was never a Rex Allen story, by Dell, with this sub title. I believe this to be a story that was retitled after the fact. Because I have not been able to identify the book and issue which this story came from I have not been able to identify either the artist, the writer or the publication year.
