Up for your consideration is a wonderful example of art deco lighting from the early part of the 20. This five light chandelier has been painstakingly restored to last another 100 years.

All of the metal is original and in excellent condition. Most of these parts are aluminum and will never rust or corrode. The steel parts were sandblasted and refinished as well. The shade is very rare as it measures over 16 in diameter and has no chips, flakes or cracks.

The white frosting is also very uniform and in excellent condition. The glass center column is also in mint condition with no flaws. All electrical wiring has been replaced with new copper wiring as has each of the five medium-base ceramic sockets. This fixture is literally good as new. With all links of the chain installed it hangs almost 20 from the ceiling but can be shortened to hang about 16 for those of us with low ceilings.

This chandelier is sure to be the centerpiece of any room it is installed in. All of the mounting hardware is new and will fit modern lighting boxes as well as those in period homes. As mentioned, the new sockets will accept any type of medium base (standard) bulb, be it incandescent, LED, flourescent, etc, up to 60 watts each.
