We are currently presenting material from an extraordinary selection of stamps and covers. We think you will agree that each lot being offered is quite special. DESCRIPTION: Wonderfully illustrated 2-sided ad cover.
Peanut's shell and the word "PEANUTS" are in yellow with the rest of the drawing in black. On the reverse, everything is printed in green. The year date of the postmark is 1920 and although the rest is very faint, it looks to be from SUFFOLK, VA possibly with a MARCH date. The stamp itself is a COIL which is tied to the cover by a flag cancellation.
On the reverse is a small piece of tape which looks to be sealing a tiny tear in the cover. View scan(s) for additional details. PEANUT EARLY DEPICTIONS on TWO-SIDED 1920 AD Cover w COIL Stamp MUST SEE" is in sale since Saturday, July 6, 2019.
