This lighter is around a half a century old and does have extremely minor light scratches and a tiny ding here or there. I will take very clear pictures of all areas of interest concerning condition. There is absolutely NO silver fading whatsoever, the bottom plate, main body and lid in particular, are in astonishing condition! Especially when compared toother similar Cartier lighters.
