Classy and handsome 1930s Gentleman's Benrus Movement vintage wristwatch, an excellent collectible timepiece. Its handsome style features an silver tone base metal Art Deco style case, which can be described to be in great condition. The dial shows a visible amount of patina which only contribute to the beauty of this stunning watch. Its dial is set with gold tone hands and Arabic numerals.

Case back is engraved JOHN SMITH WINNER LINCOLNS GETTYSBURG ADDRESS CONTEST CANTON POST#44 AMERICAN LEGION 1935. The dial is signed Benrus Movement underneath 12 o'clock. Its crystal is in excellent condition with no visible scratches. Silver tone Manuel wind and set crown. Its a hand wind 17 jewel caliber 271 Benrus Watch Co.

Its case measures 36mm lug to lug, 25mm diameter excluding the crown, 8.8mm thick. A black genuine leather band with a silver tone buckle compliments this watch, strap width 16mm. A fantastic vintage dress watch. Sized for a man in the 1930s, but also a good size for a stylish woman today.
