ANTIQUE ART DECO German DESK SET. And it is a magnificent example of the Art Deco design. The electric socket for a bulb is European and does not work.

Also to looks as if there was a part attached to the top of the electric socket that has been removed. I bought this many years ago solely based on its perfect depiction of the Art Deco design. Base measure just under 9" by just under 6" and is about 6 at its highest.
